"My goal is to experiment... to rely less on technique...to see all, and yet blind myself to detail...to paint less, to feel more".

A purchase guide - step by step

#1

Where are you going to display your new artwork?

This is so important, as that will determine the size of the painting that you're looking for. Paintings on the site are listed with both canvas/panel size, and the framed size, to help you decide which paintings would fit in your chosen place.

Flowers with Poole Plate

Love it!

When you look at your chosen artwork does it inspire you, excite you, or move you? In short; does it speak to you? If so, then you're no longer a passive bystander but have become a part of the story. But be open; perhaps the painting that you keep going back to is a different size to your plan...if so, then simply start again at #1 with a new brief!

Browse the store.

Take a long look at the shop page and see what fires your imagination. A painting doesn't always fit your colour scheme, and that's OK; it's not meant to conform, it's meant to inspire! Art is passion, it's opportunity, it's vision, so don't be afraid to think outside the box.

Come and see it.

I personally invite you to visit my garden studio/gallery in Teignmouth, to view available work in person. I know that's not possible for most, so ask questions, ask for more photos, ask for painting comparisons side by side, ask for a video. With all of these facilities, it shouldn't be difficult to choose the painting that is meant for you alone.
